Popping up all around Phoenix are reclaimed historic spots being called “micro-hoods” for their eat-shop-live inclusive experience. The Newtown and The Uptown Plaza and the surrounding area are two examples of these developments.

Located in downtown Phoenix, The Churchill is an entrepreneurial paradise of a shop-and-eat complex made from shipping containers. The relaxed atmosphere pairs well with a number of explorative culinary experiences from oven oven-fired pizza at Freak Brothers, popular Jalisco and Michoacán foods at Provecho, hearty sandwiches that are said to “knock you out” at Breadwinner and more.
